COACH JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ninja Warrior Coach must have ninja warrior, obstacle, rock climbing, parkour and/or gymnastics coaching background – no exceptions. Job is primarily coaching kids’ after school classes, and weekend classes and birthday parties. Part time position, approx 25-30 hours per week. Coaches will be trained on how to teach our program, and must follow a pre-set curriculum for classes.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Athletes much have ninja warrior, obstacle, rock climbing, gymnastics, and/or parkour background
- Minimum of two years experience coaching kids
- Outstanding personality and ability to create a fun environment for kids to learn the sport
- Punctuality and reliability is a must; zero tolerance for lateness
- CPR certified a plus
- Punctuality, reliability, dependability, being a team player with a great attitude are necessary to succeed at Los Angeles Ninja Academy
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION:
Front Desk Associate will perform administrative tasks and general gym duties including, but not limited to: front desk/client relations, managing calendars, answering phones, doing inventory, keeping gym clean and organized. You must be professional, articulate, well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Part-time – perfect for a parent, college student, or retired individual who enjoys kids.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the point of contact for clients, students, parents, employees and other outside contacts
- Answer phones
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Oversee the gym operation
- Keep up with office and gym supply inventory
- Keep gym organized and clean
- Provide owner with general administrative and personal assistance
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience as a Receptionist, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Punctuality and reliability is a must; zero tolerance for lateness
- High School degree
- Experience in fitness or gym a plus
- Booking software knowledge a plus

NINJA COACH JOB DESCRIPTION:

We need ninja warrior coaches for fun structured kids classes, birthday parties, private and team training.
